In today's episode, I interview a good friend of mine, Andrina Tisi, a health coach, EFT coach, yoga instructor, and essential oils specialist - she does it all!
Today, we are mainly tapping into (pun-intended!) her EFT (emotional freedom technique) coaching and essential oils knowledge to learn how these tools can help you with your emotional eating.
Andrina explains all about what tapping/EFT and why you should try it, even if you are skeptical. She also gives us some insight into how essential oils can be used for your emotions and how to use them.

Phrases to use while tapping for emotional eating:
Even though I am really stressed and I am looking for comfort in food, I am able to relax
Even though I feel shame and guilt around my food choices I fully and completely love and accept myself
Even though I turn to food when sad/angry/bored, I fully and completely love and accept myself.
Essential oils that are helpful for emotional eating:
Grapefruit - honoring the body
Bergamot - self-acceptance
Ylang Ylang - connecting to our inner child
